The Specialized Import Auto team is very conscientious and customer service oriented. I recently experienced a transmission issue with my Toyota Tundra. The team replaced my transmission under warranty. I was simply amazed with Specialized's professionalism and ethics. You don't find a company like this very often. I am a repeat customer and highly recommend them to all my friends.

Were able to take a look at my car with short notice (they saw it the same day, other mechanics and the dealership said it would be 5 days to almost a month before they could even take a look at it). My issue turned out to be a rock stuck in the rotor, they pulled it out and didn't charge me. Good, honest, helpful people; my new first choice for auto repair!

Kudos to Specialized Import. I have recommended this shop to anyone with a Subaru for years. I have always found their work to be very good and reasonably priced, but the way they treat people puts them over the top. A big Five-star rating for this business from me! *****

Went in for a rattling noise in my Subaru. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue and even squeezed us in for last minute help right before closing. Super helpful and knowledgeable, and the customer service was excellent. Definitely recommend! Thank you guys!

JT and his team are the only mechanics I trust with any type of vehicle repairs and why I continually recommend them every chance I get. Their prices are more than fair for the labor and their professionalism is top notch as well! For being such subject matter experts, talking to them is like talking to family and it is reassuring to know that they are there when you need them and able to explain technical things simply. This helps ensure that you make conscious decisions with your vehicle to keep it running strong long-term while being better on the wallet than other competitors. Now do be mindful that sometimes maintenance on every car is different so it may cost differently due to the complexity in nature, but you can trust this team to do it right and well. I have an Audi B8.5, a GMC Sierra, and a Dodge Stealth R/T and they are my joy. This team is amazing, realistic and fair in approach while extremely knowledgeable. Your vehicle will thank you.
